Ted is the CEO of Convergen Energy, which produces renewable fuel and power for businesses seeking sustainable landfill avoidance and energy solutions.  He has over 28 years of experience in business development, process startups, and operations management with Kimberly-Clark, AstenJohnson, and Convergen Energy.  He has overseen the growth of Convergen Energy from a startup company in 2009 to a multi-site operation including an alternative fuels pellet production facility, two CHP plants, and a biomass power plant.  Ted has a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas.
