Heidi Bollin is a proud member of the third generation of leadership at Bollin Label Systems and currently serves as President. As part of her duties, Heidi oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and total compensation. She is also an active member of the TLMI, serving as Co-Chair of the Workforce Development Committee. Heidi has a BS in Human Development and a MBA with a specialization in Human Resource. She is passionate about creating an attractive workplace with an intentional company culture that encourages employee retention.
