Brian D. Gale joined I.D. Images (‘IDI’), a leading provider of pressure-sensitive labels and other printed products, as Chief Operating Officer in 2003 and was named President in 2005. In 2007, he completed a management buyout of I.D. Images. Since he acquired I.D. Images, the company has more than tripled its revenue and has grown from one location, to eight. Mr. Gale has sourced and closed seven acquisitions since buying I.D. Images. Prior to joining IDI, he was a management consultant with Bain and Company, a leading strategy consulting firm, where he advised companies on strategy, operations, and growth projects. Mr. Gale has earned a Six Sigma Greenbelt, has completed Lean Manufacturing training, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He earned an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He currently serves on several non-profit boards. He is also having in the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), having served as Cleveland Chapter Chairman and currently serves the East Central US Regional Chairman.
