Venue and travel

The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is only a few minutes from O'Hare International Airport. 

From the airport, you can travel to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center via the CTA’s Blue Line train service. The train journey takes less than 15 minutes plus a short walk from the Rosemont train station. 

You can also travel from the airport to the convention center by taxi or Uber.

The Convention Center is conveniently located to public transport and served by the CTA "L and the Metra rail systems.

The nearest Metra station is Rosemont, next to the Aloft Hotel, which is just a 10-minute walk from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

By "L" 
Take the Congress/O'Hare Blue Line "L" to the Rosemont/River Road station. The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is a 3 block walk to the south. Alternatively, visitors can transfer to Pace Bus 221 to Allstate Arena.

The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, located at 5555 N. River Road in Rosemont, is easily accessible by car. The venue is situated just south of the Kennedy Expressway and east of Chicago O'Hare International Airport and the Tri-State Tollway. 

Parking is across the street from the convention center on Williams Street, directly behind the Embassy Suites Hotel. Garage parking is $15. Handicapped spaces are available, and there is an accessible elevated walkway to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. 

Traveling from Milwaukee on 294 South and from Rockford on 90 East
Exit at O'Hare (1-190 West), pay toll, exit Mannheim Rd. south. Proceed in the right line, re-enter east to Chicago 1-190, proceed 1 mile, exit River Rd. south. Convention Center is on the left. 

Traveling from Indiana on 294 North 
Exit at Balmoral, pay toll. Turn right. Next light turn left on to River Rd. For public parking, turn left on the first street, Williams Street, and proceed into the parking garage. 

OR ALTERNATE EXIT 

Exit O’Hare/River Rd. (1-190 West), pay toll. Exit left after toll plaza to River Rd. Turn right at River Rd. Convention Center is approximately 3 blocks on the left. 

Traveling from Chicago on the Kennedy (1-90) 
Exit O'Hare (1-190 West), exit River Rd., turn right at River Rd. Convention Center is approximately 2 blocks on the left. Traveling from Chicago O'Hare International Airport Proceed east to Chicago on 1-190. Exit at River Rd. south. Convention Center is approximately 1 block on the left.

Shuttle buses will operate between select Rosemont hotels and the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center during show hours.  

You can also take advantage of the Rosemont Circulator, a free shuttle to Rosemont's top destinations, during your stay.
