Cartes is to showcase its new Jet D-Screen module GE363VJL at Labelexpo Americas.
Cartes’ innovative digital finishing technology, the CARTES Jet D-Screen, combined with its outstanding Laser die-cutting system builds a perfect blend for digital converting processing.
The new Jet D-Screen module GE363VJL offers state-of-art technology specially designed to create outstanding labels garnished by multi-layer effects, spot coating, complex tactile raise volumes and braille printing as well as detailed foiling and metallic doming transferring.
The laser die-cutting system adds a variety of solutions aimed for process automation, such as automatic job changeover by barcode reading, automatic slitting positioning and turret rewinding systems, creating a perfect combination for digital finishing.
This combination enables just the one process with no tooling costs or material waste.
Cartes will also be showcasing laser converting features and established GT360 SERIES for conventional embellishment of high-end labels.
