Spread the word

How do you make sure that everyone knows that you are exhibiting at Labelexpo Americas 2022?

Here are a few ideas.

View all sections

Invite your clients/prospects to visit the show free of charge

What are VIP codes?
VIP (Very Important Person) codes allow free entry into the exhibition.

Who are they for?
VIP codes are perfect for your top clients and prospects. Show them that they are appreciated and invite them to come and see your latest products. VIP codes cannot be used by your own staff.

How many can I have?
Each exhibitor has 3 free VIP pass for every 100 sq ft of stand space, rounded to the nearest integer. For example, a 300 sq ft booth will give you 9 free VIP passes.

Can I have more?
Yes! You can order these in your portal here.

How do my clients use the VIP codes?
All your clients should register online before the show (the codes can only be used online). The code will need to be entered during the registration process. Each code can only be used once.

When buying extra VIP passes can I only pay for the VIP passes that are used by clients?
Rates for the VIP passes are reduced on the assumption that not all passes will be used, so you do need to pay for every pass. This procedure has been used at Labelexpo Americas for years, and is based on client requests for a simpler process that allows them to budget more effectively (so there aren’t any surprise invoices after the show).

Use the show logo and advertisements

  • Add the official show logo to your sales material, advertising, presentations, press releases and email signatures.
  • Put a banner on your website and direct people straight to www.labelexpo-americas.com. It doesn’t cost you anything and is an easy way of driving people to your stand.

Tell the world about your new products

The main reason why people visit Labelexpo Americas is to see new products.

To make sure you're on every visitor's short list, please send us a short news story (no longer than 100 words) about any products that you will be launching at the show. These will be included in the Product Launches section of the website (subject to approval) and may be selected for the electronic or printed newsletters that we will distribute to press and visitors before the show.

The PR team may edit the news stories for length and content.

Arrange a press conference or media event at the show

Hold a press conference at the show to announce any new products or initiatives to the printing and packaging trade press.

  • Sessions are allocated in 30 minute slots (15 minutes for the presentation / 15 minutes for questions).
  • Morning sessions will usually take place in the formal press conference room, next to the press office. Afternoon sessions will mostly take place on exhibitors’ stands, unless otherwise specified.
  • In addition to press conferences, there are also opportunities to hold other media events, for example a breakfast, lunch or drinks reception.

Contact the PR team to book a slot on the official schedule.

Book the official photographer

A professional photographer will be taking generic shots for future Labelexpo marketing and PR use. The photographer will also be available at an extra cost, to photograph your stand or VIPs.

Please contact the PR team for more information.

Expo-guide / Fairguide warning

This warning is from the Association of Event Organisers (AEO):

Expo-Guide and Fairguide.com/Construct Data Verlag regularly publicise their services to exhibitors at events, primarily in Europe.  Both companies use a misleading form, which resembles an organiser’s free show guide, inviting exhibitors to sign and return the form for an entry in an on-line directory.  Doing so contracts the purchaser into the three-year, non-retractable agreement.  Non-payment is then followed by aggressive debt collecting by Premium Recovery.

What to do

Our advice, should receive any communication from Expo-Guide and Fairguide.com/Construct Data Verlag is to IGNORE THEM COMPLETELY and do not communicate with them in any way.  Experience tells us that writing letters simply confirms that you are alive and at the address / email address / number they have for you and therefore they are able to continue to pursue you.

Expo-Guide and Fairguide.com/Construct Data Verlag have no connection with exhibition organisers or any of their events but they deliberately target exhibitors who are about to exhibit across Europe.

Be aware

We have become aware of an increase in companies contacting the exhibitors regarding the sale of attendee lists. These companies are in no way affiliated with Labelexpo Americas and do not have any access to our lists. Should you be contacted regarded Labelexpo Americas and are unsure if this is a legitimate affiliation, please do not hesitate to contact us for verification.  Please note we do not ever sell our list of attendees in compliance with data protection laws.
