Bill Muir is the President of Grand Rapids Label Company (GRL), a company founded in 1884. He has been with the company for over 26 years and represents the 4th generation to run the company. GRL has been a member of TLMI since 1962. Bill has been involved on the environmental committee of TLMI and helped develop the L.I.F.E. green certification with GRL becoming the first company certified through this program. Bill is a member of the board of directors of T.L.M.I. and also serves on various corporate and community boards such as Paragon D&E, the Family Business Alliance (FBA), serving as Board Chair for the last six years as well as YPO, serving in multiple leadership roles over the last eight years. Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree from Hope College and his MBA from Michigan State University and resides in East Grand Rapids.
